In this lecture, Prof. Varlet shows the different laparoscopic techniques in performing laparoscopc appendectomy and discusses indications and results pointing out the advandages of the laparoscopic approach, the good panoramic vision, the possibility to get a differential diagnosis and perform this procedure even in cases of perforated appendicitis.
