Endoscopic ultrasonography before EMR of early esophageal cancer

Esophageal cancer (T1, either m + sm) when treated by EMR could be cured if the resection is complete and if there is no regional or distant lymph node (LN) involvement. The endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) high-frequency probe is the most accurate imaging tool to diagnose the layer and LN involvement.
