How can we detect early stage lesion for ELR/ESD?

Early gastric cancer is a curable disease regardless of its location, histologic type, genetic changes, or the ethnicity of the patient. New endoscopic techniques have been introduced into routine examinations and the use of new endoscopic patterns (pit and capillary pattern) with chromoendoscopy and NBI magnifying endoscopy seem reproducible and valid for the diagnosis of lesions associated with gastric cancer.
