Abstract
This video demonstrates a laparoscopic pyloromyotomy in a 3-
week-old infant with pyloric stenosis. The laparoscope is introduced through a Hasson incision at the umbilicus. A 8 mm of Mercurary insufflation is used. Two 3 mm instruments are used to grasp the duodenum and carry out the pyloromyotomy. The procedure is quick. The myotomy is checked with insufflation of air into the stomach.
