Wrist arthroscopy has become an indispensable tool not only to dignose internal injuries of the wrist, but also to treat these lesions through a minimally invasive approach. It is most often more efficient and more accurate than in conventional open surgery. This lecture will help you get familiar with the instrumentation necessary to perform a wrist arthroscopy, and it will show you the various useful portals to enter and explore these fine joints. Finally, a part of the presentation will show that hand joints can also be explored.
