Choledochal cysts are congenital bile duct anomalies. These cystic dilatations of the biliary tree can involve the extra-hepatic biliary radicles, the intra-hepatic biliary radicles, or both. In this lecture, Dr. Azad Najmaldin demonstrates the laparoscopic treatment for choledochal cysts.
