Laparoscopic pyeloplasty is a minimally invasive laparoscopic procedure that relieves the obstruction between the ureter and the kidney at the ureteropelvic junction (UPJ). In this video, Dr. Fuchs demonstrates his personal experience in 71 cases of laparoscopic pyeloplasty in children.
