Magnetic manipulators in NOTES

This lecture describes how intraperitoneal and intraluminal magnets can be controlled extracorporeally as an adjunct to NOTES procedures. In this way, the organ retraction and rotation that is currently not possible without the placement of abdominal wall trocars may be achieved.
