Minimally invasive video-assisted parathyroidectomy with augmented reality

Augmented reality deals with the combination of real-world and computer-generated data. Its application in humans allows to visualize hidden structures; for this, the information is based on a prior computed tomography obtained from the patient. We present the case of parathyroidectomy in a young patient, assisted by augmented reality.
