In recent times, innovative techniques of Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery (NOTES) and Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery (SILS) have been applied as a step towards even more less invasive procedures. In this lecture, Doctor Brian Dunkin presents a critical review of all aspects of these two techniques and of the so-called LESS (Laparo-Endoscopic Single sight Surgery).
