Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery (NOTES) may dovetail with other intraluminal and transluminal resectional techniques to ensure oncological definitive operation for early alimentary neoplasia. This lecture discusses its capacity to provide sentinel node biopsy from within the peritoneum as a means of supporting truly minimally invasive resection of germinal colon cancer.
