This lecture details the experience of a single centre institution in performing NOTES surgery with rigid laparoscopic instrumentation. Indications, technical details and results are well discussed. Videos of transvaginal cholecystectomy, appendectomy and laparoscopic-assisted anterior rectal resection are shown.
