Re-do Nissen fundoplication

Gastroesophageal reflux (GER) has been recognized as a commonly occurring disorder in infants and children. The incidence of wrap breakdown and recurrence of GER requiring reoperation has been noted in up to 12% of children after an initial Nissen fundoplication. In this lecture, Dr. McKinlay presents his experience in the field.
