SILS sleeve gastrectomy

In this lecture, Dr. Michel Vix presents the video of a one trocar sleeve gastrectomy using the SILS port by Covidien. The procedure respects all steps of the conventional laparoscopic approach. Note that there is no crossing of instruments; of particular interest is the running suture performed with the Endostitch device too.
