TEM-assisted endoscopic rectosigmoid resection

Transanal Endoscopic Microsurgery (TEM) is almost 25-year-old technology. It has been a very helpful alternative to full-thickness excision of certain rectal lesions. Now in the era of NOTES, would it be possible to combine TEM with NOTES to further expand its potential applications?
