Thoracoscopic repair of tracheo-esophageal fistula (TEF)

This video will demonstrate the thoracoscopic repair of type C tracheo-esophageal fistula (TEF) with esophageal atresia in a 2.5 kg neonate. The postoperative recovery was uneventful and follow-up of 3.5 years demonstrated excellent outcome without stricture, GERD or other long-term complications.
