In compliance with UEMS/EACCME guidelines, the authors and experts
involved in the elaboration of the e-learning activity confirm that they
have disclosed any potential conflicts of interest or support that
might cause a bias in their presentation.
Professor Jacques Marescaux, WeBSurg Editor in Chief accepts that WeBSurg is responsible for ensuring that all potential conflicts of interest relevant to the e-learning activity are declared to the learners prior to engaging in it.
Each e-learning activity can only be taken once in a year.

EACCME approved credits for e-learning activities are recognized by the American Medical Association for conversion to AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians may apply to convert EACCME credits into AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ by submitting the following form and attaching an EACCME credit certificate, and processing fee. Processing fees directly payable to the American Medical Association are as follows: AMA member $30 and non-AMA member $75 (see information stated in application form).
As a rule, the conversion to AMA category 1 credit(s)™ is 1:1 for all EACCME credit(s).

Instructions for converting EACCME Credit to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™To apply for conversion of EACCME credit to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™:
- Visit the EACCME website to ensure the activity was certified for EACCME credit
- Download the Application for EACCME Credit Conversion, and submit:
- the completed application by fax or mail
- a copy of the EACCME credit certificate
- non-refundable processing fee.
