The technical key steps of the surgical procedure are presented in a step by step way: incisions, mobilization of right liver, approach of hepatic pedicle, division of portal vessels, dissection of suprahepatic vein, transection of parenchyma, transection techniques, control of transection.
Consequently, this operating technique is well standardized for the management of this condition.
