La technique de sacrospinofixation du dôme vaginal selon Richter présente tous les aspects de l'approche chirurgicale réalisée pour la prise en charge de prolapsus génito-urinaire.
L'agencement du bloc opératoire, la position du patient et du matériel, le choix des instruments sont détaillés. Les points techniques de cette intervention chirurgicale sont présentés étape par étape : colpotomie postérieure, ouverture des fosses, exposition, sutures, contrôle de l’hémostase, myorraphie, suspension du fond vaginal, fin d’intervention.
Cette approche est bien standardisée pour cette pathologie.
