Endoscopic submucosal double tunnel dissection for superficial esophageal adenocarcinoma
A 57-year-old patient presented with a 20mm superficial esophageal lesion classified IIa -IIb according to the Paris classification. Biopsy specimen showed the presence of an adenocarcinoma surrounded by high-grade dysplasia on a Barrett’s esophagus. Radial endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) examination revealed a stage T1N0 lesion and CT-scan showed the absence of metastatic lymph nodes.
