This video demonstrates a laparoscopic pyloromyotomy in a 3- week-old infant with pyloric stenosis. The laparoscope is introduced through a Hasson incision at the umbilicus. An 8mmHg insufflation is used. Two 3mm instruments are used to grasp the duodenum and carry out the pyloromyotomy. The procedure is quick. The myotomy is checked with insufflation of air into the stomach.
