We present the case of a 61-year-old woman with a previous surgical history of a cystocele treated through a vaginal approach that recurred. Prior to the procedure, the clinical and imaging studies established the diagnosis of stage III cystocele and a grade II rectocele, without any associated urinary incontinence. Subsequently, a robot-assisted double sacral colpofixation is indicated.
