This is the case of a 3-year-old girl presenting with a choledochal cyst. This video shows the management of this choledochal cyst with a Roux-en-Y loop performed under laparoscopic control. The patient is placed in a supine position. The surgeon stands between the patient's legs. Three trocars are placed: an optical trocar through the umbilicus and two 5mm trocars, one in each flank.
