Laparoscopic Trans-Abdominal PrePeritoneal (TAPP) hernia repair is a recognized procedure for inguinal hernia repair in patients undergoing elective surgery. There is a scarcity of data on TAPP repair in emergency situations such as those involving strangulated hernias. We report the laparoscopic treatment of a right indirect strangulated inguinal hernia in a young man aged 18.
