Laparoscopic pelvic lymphadenectomy is probably one of the most standardized gynecological procedures. The real laparoscopic advantages such as the magnification of the image, the selection of the information the surgeon looks at, and the possibility to keep the ratio between the eye, the instrument and the tissue constant can really help to perform this challenging procedure in an anatomical way. In this video, we present our standardized technique, which may help other gynecologists in safely reproducing the procedure.
