This video presents a single port laparoscopic spleen-preserving distal pancreatectomy for cystic tumor of the pancreatic body. The technique was performed using the Covidien SILS™ port with the help of a Roticulator Endograsp™ instrument, Ligasure™ and normal laparoscopic instruments. Stay sutures to stomach were applied to facilitate the dissection of the pancreas. The splenic vessels were preserved during this operation, and the specimen was taken out through a 2cm umbilical incision. No drains were inserted at the end of the procedure.
