In radical gastrectomy, variations in the hepatic arterial anatomy can be encountered, and notably a significant accessory or aberrant replacing left hepatic artery from the left gastric artery (LGA) can sometimes be found. In this video, the author demonstrates how to perform lymph node dissection with preservation of a replacing left hepatic artery from the left gastric artery (LGA).
