This video demonstrates a laparoscopic right hemicolectomy using a 3D 0-degree Olympus scope in a patient with a caecal cancer. The surgeon stands on the left side and performs a medial vascular approach including medial mobilization of the right colon and hepatic flexure. We perform an intracorporeal side-to-side anastomosis using a 60mm linear Endo-stapler™. The enterotomy is closed with a running suture with V-loc™ 2/0.
