Endometriosis affects the urinary tract in 1 to 6% of cases; in the majority of them (80%), the bladder is the affected organ. Even if theoretically the management of a bladder endometriosis can be simple, proper surgical planning is of utmost importance to perform the procedure both safely and effectively. In this video, the key steps of the strategy are demonstrated. The role of cystoscopy, the use of several anatomical landmarks, as well as the use of a safety test are highlighted.
