This video illustrates a severe case of inflammatory endometriosis with obliteration of the pouch of Douglas and infiltration of the bowel. Gentle adhesiolysis is performed and anatomy is restored. After careful re-evaluation of the lesion, a decision for segmental bowel resection using laparoscopic intracorporeal anastomosis and transvaginal NOSE extraction is made.
