A 74-year-old woman presented with a 5cm tumor mass. We present a typical dissection of a left adrenal gland, with identification of all the typical landmarks and successive vascular control of the veins and arteries. Main and accessory veins are controlled first, followed by the medial, superior and finally inferior artery.
