Urethrorectal fistula is a rare, though extremely invalidating complication after oncologic prostatectomy. The objective of this film is to demonstrate an original technique, respecting the anal sphincter, and using the TEO® platform in order to excise the fistula’s orifice and suture the different planes. The procedure is combined with an omentoplasty previously prepared laparoscopically. A stepwise demonstration is enhanced by external and internal HD views.
