This is the case of a 45-year-old woman with atypical hyperplasia. In her previous history, she had 3 caesarean sections. During the last caesarean section, a bladder injury occurred. The surgical strategy consisted in a hysterectomy with preservation of both ovaries. This video demonstrates the difficulties of bladder dissection, as well as the advantages and limitations of the mini-laparoscopic technique.
