This video demonstrates a standard technique of laparoscopic left adrenalectomy for a pheochromocytoma in a 33-year-old pregnant woman who was admitted for an episode of tachycardia and hypertension. At emergency admission, she presented with a left ventricular failure, which required cardiac assistance. Etiological work-up showed a left adrenal tumor and biological findings confirmed a hypersecretion of urinary normetanephrines and metanephrines. MIBG scintigraphy confirmed the presence of an 8cm left adrenal tumor.
